Our Sections
From Beavers to Explorers, there's a place for every young person aged 6-18. Six sections across the week — come and join the adventure.
Beavers
Ages 6-8
Fun, friendship and outdoor adventures. Our youngest members try new things, make friends and start earning badges.
Cubs
Ages 8-10½
Building confidence through teamwork, outdoor skills and creative challenges. Cubs learn by doing.
Scouts
Ages 10½-14
Adventure, leadership and real-world skills. From camping to community projects — Scouts take the lead.
Explorers
Ages 14-18
Young people lead their own adventures. Expeditions, volunteering and skills that set you up for life.

Since 1908, 1st Forres Scouts has been helping young people step up, speak up and gain skills for life. We're based at our Scout Hall on Bank Lane, in the heart of the Forres community.
Every week, our young people get outdoors, try new things, make friends and develop the confidence they need for school, work and everything in between. It's hands-on, it's fun, and it's something they'll never forget.
